Cancellation Policy :

• All purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-creditable.
• Cancellations, changes in the number of participants, or changes in the reservation time must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. Within the 3-day window, no changes/modifications can be made, resulting in a total loss of the ticket value, regardless of the reason for cancellation or modification.  
• Your reservation is non-refundable and non-creditable if you are late or absent for it.
• Online and phone reservations must be paid in full by a valid credit card or valid Tag E-Karting & Amusements gift card.

Only in exceptional cases, a credit may be issued on a Tag E-Karting & Amusements gift card.

Gift Card Policy:

• The gift card cannot be divided into multiple gift cards.
• The gift card is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
• The gift card is not valid for food, beverages, arcades, promotions, and group packages.

No, all of our attractions are à la carte. There is no general admission or day pass. Registration is MANDATORY for all activities.

Karting child from 7 to 12 years old, height of 1.20m - 4 'minimum.

Adult karting: 13 years old and over, height of 1.45m - 4'8 "and maximum weight of 136 kilo (300 lbs)

Closed and flat shoes are mandatory (no sandals or boosts allowed). We recommend pants or shorts. Long hair should be tied back. No scarves or loose clothing are allowed for your own safety.

We apply the best practices in the market such; disinfection of helmets with our electrostatic machines after each race, disposable gloves and balaclavas provided free of charge during your karting sessions. (Possible to buy your own TAG hood) Our facilities are disinfected several times by our team members to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Yes, however the helmet must cover the entire head (full face) and have a visor.

No it is not allowed, we offer a menu on site to satisfy all appetites.
